Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation up to 2 days before the reservation date: Free

• Cancellation the day before the reservation date: 50% of the scheduled trip price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation on the day of reservation: 100% of the scheduled trip price will be charged as cancellation fee.

Please consider carefully before making a reservation. We also recommend cancelling as early as possible to prepare for unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
